# Manage Partner Report History

The Report History page displays all reports that you generated as a [quick report](/v1/docs/create-and-manage-standard-reports#generate-quick-reports), a [scheduled report](/v1/docs/create-and-manage-standard-reports#schedule-reports), or a [financial report](/v1/docs/create-and-manage-financial-reports#generate-a-financial-report). These reports are available for you to view and manage until they expire, after which they will no longer be available on this page.

> Reporting functionality is limited in the sandbox environment because it is not a production environment with validated data and connectivity.

## Report History Details

The Report History page lists your previously generated reports with the following details:

- **Report Name:** The name of the generated report
- **Created:** The date and time that the report was generated
- **Type:** The type of [standard report](/v1/docs/available-standard-reports#available-payrix-pro-reports) or [financial report](/v1/docs/create-and-manage-financial-reports#available-reports)
- **Status:** The status of the report: *Generating* or *Finished*
- **Expiration:** The date that the report expires. Reports expire 30 days after generation.

## Download a Previously Generated Report

To download a previously generated report:

1. Under Admin in the left navigation panel, select **Reports** then **Report History**.
2. Click the **More Options** icon and select **Download**.

A copy of the report is saved to your default download location as a CSV file.
