# Manually Initiate a Withdrawal

There are cases when [statement bills](/v1/docs/overview-of-billing-and-profit-sharing#statement-billing) must be collected manually outside your normal withdrawal schedule, such as during initial merchant statement billing setup. This article explains how to initiate a one‑time withdrawal that is linked to an existing statement billing schedule.

## Initiate a One-Time Withdrawal

To initiate a one-time withdrawal that is connected to an existing statement billing schedule:

1. Under **Management** in the left navigation panel, select **Groups**.
2. Select the Group that contains the unpaid billing schedule to open the Group Profile page.
3. On the Group’s profile page, select **Billing Schedules**.
4. Copy the billing ID of the unpaid billing schedule and save it for use later in this process.
5. Under **Admin** in the left navigation panel, select **Withdrawals**.
6. Click **Schedule Withdrawal**.
7. Set the required parameter values, along with optional information, for scheduling the withdrawal. Select or enter the following values for each required parameter:
  - **How often would you like to withdraw:** Select *One Time*.

> [!WARNING]
> Important!

  - **Amount Type:**Select *Percentage*.
  - **Amount:**Enter *100.00.*
8. Click **Advanced Options**.
9. Set the required parameter values for scheduling the withdrawal. Select or enter the following values for each required parameter:
  - **Billing Schedule:**Enter the billing ID of the unpaid billing schedule you copied (for example, *p1_your_statementbillingID123456789*).
  - **Currency:**Select *United States dollar* or *Canadian dollar*.
  - **Debit:**Select the **Debit** checkbox.
10. Click **Create Withdrawal** to complete the setup.

The one-time withdrawal is created, and billing of the unpaid statement takes place on the next processing cycle.
