# Offers

You can access the **Offers** page to view financial offers and manage active products associated with your business. If multiple offers are available, you can scroll through them in a section at the bottom of the page.

The financial products available include Merchant Working Capital. This solution offers flex loan funding, which you can use for any business purpose without affecting your credit score.

## View Available Offers

When a new offer becomes available, a *new* notification appears next to **Offers** in the main side bar and indicates the number of new offers available. To view available financial offers, select **Offers** in the main side bar. If any pre-approved offers are available to you, the **Offers** page displays details about the offer. You can apply to the offer directly within the portal.

### Apply for a Loan

Complete the following steps on the **Offers** page:

1. Click **Apply now** to display the offer application window.
2. Adjust the amount of the loan that you want to apply for. Adjusting the amount updates the details of the loan displayed, including the repayment rate and capital fee.
3. Click **Get started** to continue with your application.
4. Verify your personal details and click **Continue**.
5. Verify your identity and click **Continue**.
6. Verify your business details and click **Continue**.
7. Verify your bank account details and click **Submit**. This bank account is where the embedded finance provider deposits the loan and withdraws repayments. If your business is approved for the loan, the application window displays the loan details.
8. Select the consent checkbox and click **Accept {loan amount}**.
9. Click **Close** to exit the application.

**Result:** The **Offers** page displays your submitted application in the pending application section. Your approved loan is displayed in the active products section when the funds are deposited to your bank account, typically in one to two business days.

If you exited your application before submitting it, you can click **Continue application** to continue where you left off.

## Manage an Active Product

The active products section of the **Offers** page displays information about your current loan, including the outstanding balance and amount paid. To view more details and manage your loan, click **Manage product**.

### Make a Loan Payment

To make a manual payment to your loan, complete the following steps on the **Offers** page:

1. Click **Manage product** to display the loan.
2. Click **View** to view loan details and manage your loan.
3. Click **Make a payment**.
4. Enter the payment amount:
  - Select **Custom amount** and enter the amount you want to pay.
  - Select **Outstanding balance** to pay the remaining balance of your loan.
5. Click **Review** to confirm your payment details.
6. Click **Submit payment** to make the payment.

**Result:** The **Offers** page reflects the updated loan balance based on your payment.
