- Optimized statement entry processing to improve overall speed and performance.

### Resolved Issues

- Issue resolved where total reversals exceeded the original disbursement amounts due to incorrect reversal logic.
- Issue resolved where partial return entries were not recorded correctly, leading to inaccurate disbursement reports.
- Issue resolved where entries associated with some statements were not created.
