New Features
Facilitator-level risk analysts can now play and pause a Plaid IDV (Identity Verification) video in the portal to determine the next steps. Video controls have been added and are placed behind a feature flag.
Improvements
Additional functionality has been introduced for reviewing Plaid IDV images, including zoom capability and a View Raw link to access the original image in a separate modal.
The Risk Score column now displays the ThreatMetrix score from the policyScore field in TxnThreatMetrix, providing risk analysts with better insights into transaction risks.
The information box for First/Won and Representment/Won disputes has been improved to help merchants track their disputes more easily.
Transaction hold history is now visible on the transaction details page, ensuring users can see all relevant hold information.
Resolved Issues
Signup forms now display error messages if the backend is unresponsive during document upload, improving user experience.
Issue resolved where the Transaction Underwriting page would appear squashed and illegible, enhancing overall usability.
Issue resolved where the Delete button in the Referrer view, creating 403 errors, has been replaced with an Inactivate option instead.
