# Release Notes: January 16, 2026

## Portal (Version 26.1.0)

The following sections summarize the Payrix Pro portal changes in this release. For more information, see the [Portal Guide](/v1/docs/portal-guides).

### New Features

- Added a new **Item Discount Type** field to the Create Payment page, which enables merchants to submit Level 3–compliant Auth and Sale transactions while maintaining adherence to Visa CEDP requirements.

### Improvements

- Changed the name of the Regulatory and Compliance Fee to **Tax Compliance Support Fee** in the Add Fee dialog.
