# Release Notes: July 10, 2025

## Portal (Version 24.92.1)

The following sections summarize the Payrix Pro portal changes in this release. For more information, see the [Portal Guide](/v1/docs/portal-guides).

### **New Features**

- Partners and Merchants can now generate the new Chargeback Summary report on the **Reports** page for a quick overview of all disputes and chargebacks within their portfolio.
- Partners and Merchants can now generate the new Chargeback Detail report on the **Reports** page for a comprehensive view of individual dispute and chargeback records.
- Partners can now assign triPOS fees for Canadian Merchants on the **Group Profile** and **Merchant Profile** pages to assess fees based on terminal type usage or general terminal setup.
- Partners with Merchants in both the US and Canada can now link their **Host configurations** across regions with the Payrix Pro Implementation Team, enabling seamless switching between countries.
- Partners can now use the **Embedded Finance** page to view and download Excel and CSV files for each dashboard panel, with detailed Merchant-level data and pagination support.
- Merchants can now view the **Pinless Debit Conversion** field on the **Transaction Details** page in the Payment Details menu to identify which transactions were converted.

### **Improvements**

- Enhanced the portal backend connection to display an **Internal Server Error** dialog when the server cannot be reached during portal actions.
- Improved the **Add Web Alert** dialog by removing the **Advanced Options** section, auto-assigning Partner Division IDs, and adding a brief description of web alert logic above the Name and Description fields.
- Enhanced the Merchant Signup Form return functionality to display errors when the form cannot be retrieved using the one-time password (OTP) from the Finish Later function.
- Enhanced the **Embedded Finance** page for Partners to display real-time metrics on offers, applications, loans, and residual revenue without requiring date filters.

### **Resolved Issues**

- Issue resolved where the **Disbursement Details** page would duplicate transaction IDs if the Show More Results button was clicked multiple times in quick succession.
- Issue resolved where average ticket amounts in the **Event Logs** column of the **Merchant Underwriting** page were incorrectly displayed in cents only.
- Issue resolved where custom fields on the Merchant Signup Form would not save when using the Finish Later option to return and submit the form.
- Issue resolved where the **Merchant Signup Form** would not reload properly when accessed using the OTP from the Finish Later function.
- Issue resolved where **Group Workflows** could be saved with **Conditional Rules** set to *None*, preventing the Workflow from triggering as expected.
- Issue resolved where multiple panels on the **Opportunity Dashboard** page would not open the details dialog as expected.

As part of the launch of all Payrix Pro developer documentation and API specifications on the Worldpay Developer Hub ([https://docs.worldpay.com/apis/payrix](https://docs.worldpay.com/apis/payrix)), we’ve updated all Payrix Pro portals with the following changes:

- Removed the **Documentation** and **API** links from all portal login pages.
- Removed the **Documentation** and **API** links from all portal footer pages for the Merchant view.
- Removed the **API** link from all portal footer pages for the Partner view and updated the **Documentation** link to access the Payrix Pro Partner Portal Guide.
- Updated all links that accessed previous (now legacy) versions of the developer integration guide and API specifications to the correct URL for this content on the Worldpay Developer Hub.
