# Release Notes: May 15, 2025

## Portal (Version 24.87.0)

The following sections summarize the Payrix Pro portal changes in this release. For more information, see the [Portal Guide](/v1/docs/portal-guides).

### Improvements

- Generation of the Account Updater report has been enhanced to improve performance and reduce the occurrence of timeouts.
- The **Alert Details** page now displays the status of alert actions and alert triggers.
- Email notifications have been enhanced to inform users of issues with report generation, such as failed reports or when data is not found.

### Resolved Issues

- Issue resolved where missing chargeback events were not being recorded.

## API (Version 24.7.1)

### Improvements

- Enhanced PayFields to prevent multiple instances of the PayFields script from being loaded, eliminating duplication of input iFrames and improving stability.
- Email notifications regarding payouts have been enhanced with additional information, including Merchant ID and disbursement ID, to improve clarity for Partners and Merchants.
- Permissions for the VAS API endpoints have been updated, allowing vendors to perform DELETE requests for `/valueAddedServices/omniTokens`, `/valueAddedServices/saferPayments`, and `/valueAddedServices/revenueBoosts`.

### Resolved Issues

- Issue resolved where Apple Pay contactless reversals were failing for sales and refunds in Canada.
- Issue resolved where the API incorrectly checked for inactive Merchant status when requesting tax documents.
- Issue resolved where the payout fee amount was incorrectly added to negative balance debits for Merchants on statement billing.
- Issue resolved where the display of the last four digits of users' bank account numbers was incorrect after they manually modified their account details.
- Issue resolved where the Subscription Failed event alert was not triggered when a subscription reached its failure threshold.
