# Set Up Custom Batch Times

You can apply custom batch times to Worldpay Processing Gateway transactions on the Vantiv and VCore platforms. Card-present terminal transactions use a different processing cycle through the Express Gateway.

The daily processor batch cutoff time for the processor is 9:30 PM Eastern Time (ET). Any batch time scheduled past this time will be transmitted and begin processing the following day.

The following sections describe how to enable and apply custom batch times.

## Enable Custom Batch Times

To enable custom batch times, contact your Payrix Pro Partner Experience Manager.

After enablement, you can apply a Custom Batch Time to an individual merchant or Group. Your Partner Experience Manager works with Support to either set up or modify a merchant or Group on your behalf with the specified custom-batch time.

> [!WARNING]
> Important!
>
> Any changes to the defined batch time on the Group or entity requires a [Partner Services ticket](https://wp4p.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=28034457383315) to accommodate. We will coordinate with you to prevent duplicate or missed batches for that day.

## Apply your Custom Batch Time

You can apply the Custom Batch Time parameter from the **Funding Parameter** menu on the following pages:

- **Merchant Profile page****:** Apply the parameter for individual merchants.
- **Group Profile page****:** Apply the parameter for multi-merchant Groups.

> [!TIP]
> Tip
>
> We recommend configuring the Custom Batch Time funding parameter on a Group so that you can add merchants as they adjust their batch time, which will take effect immediately upon joining the Group.

## Time Your Setup

When first applying a new custom batch time, make any batch time changes**after 10:00 PM ET and before 9:00 PM ET the following day**.

When adjusting an existing custom batch time, make any batch time changes **30 minutes after the current batch close time and 30 minutes before the next batch close time**.

Worldpay's server-side, web service payment applications use secure point-to-point encryption and tokenization methods.

A business that enables financial transactions with customers from various channels such as credit cards and debit cards or bank accounts. Worldpay is the primary processor of the Payrix Pro platform, which offers limited omnichannel integration options for compatibility with third-party processors TSYS, Chase Payment Tech, Fiserv, and Global Payments.

A PayFac-as-a-service platform. Software companies can act as payment facilitators without taking on the associated risks, compliance burdens, and investment.

A collection of entities where you can configure fees, decisions, and parameters that apply to all entities in the group. Also known as an *Org*.

1. Any merchant or partner account operating on the Payrix Pro platform.
