This topic describes the following pages:
The Team Profile page contains editable information about a specific team listed on the Teams page in the portal, including the team’s users, workflows, and alerts.
To access the Team Profile page:
Access Users in the Management category in the left navigation panel.
Click the PLUS icon next to Users to open a dropdown menu.
Click Teams in the dropdown menu to open the Teams page.
Find the specific team in the table on the Teams page and click any information for that team to open the Team Profile page.

Team Profile Panel
The Team Profile panel includes tabs on the left side of the box. The tabs contain editable details about the team members, associated workflows, and alerts. You can also add or remove users or change user access privileges. The following sections of this page provide descriptions of the contents of each of the tabs:
Profile Tab
The Profile tab displays the following editable information about the team:
Name: The name of the team.
Team ID: The ID number associated with the team.
Description: A description of the team entered by the Partner or other entity.
To edit any fields in the Profile tab:
Click the PENCIL icon in the upper right corner of the tab.
Enter the information in the required fields.
Save your edits by clicking the CHECKMARK icon or revert to the previous version and discard your edits by clicking the X icon.
Work Flows Tab
The Work Flows tab contains a table of existing workflows assigned to your team and allows you to add a new workflow to the team profile. The table on the Work Flows tab displays the following information:
ID: The ID number associated with the work flow.
Trigger: The trigger that initiates the work flow. Choose from the following: Create: Creating any kind of transactions, refund, disbursement, etc. Low: Triggers an action based on a minimum threshold transaction set by the owner or Partner. High: Triggers an action based on a transaction limit threshold. Board: Any action having to do with boarding a merchant.
Work Flow Tab Actions
The Work Flow tab supports the following actions: adding a new work flow, removing a work flow, and accessing work flow details
To add a new work flow to the team profile:
Click ADD WORK FLOW to open the Work Flow lightbox in the page.
Enter the required information in the lightbox fields.
To add the work flow to the team profile, click ADD WORK FLOW.
To remove an existing work flow from the table:
Click the three dots on the right side of the row of the specific work flow to open a lightbox.
Remove the work flow by clicking DELETE in the lightbox.
To view more details about a work flow listed in the table, click any information in the row to open the Team’s Workflow Details page.
Alerts Tab
The Alerts tab contains a table of saved alerts associated with your team and allows you to add new alerts. The Alerts tab table displays the following information:
ID: The ID number associated with the alert.
Login: The login name of the entity that is messaged when an alert is triggered.
For Login: The login name of the entity that triggered the alert.
Team: The team(s) associated with the alert.
Name: The name of the alert.
Description: A description of the alert.
Alerts Tab Actions
The Alerts tab supports the following actions: adding a new alert, removing an alert, and accessing more information about an alert.
To add a new alert to the team profile:
Click ADD ALERT to open a lightbox on the page.
Enter the required information in the lightbox fields.
To add the alert to the team profile, click ADD ALERT.
To remove an existing alert from the table:
Click the three purple dots on the right side of the row of the specific alert to open a lightbox.
Remove the work flow by clicking DELETE in the lightbox.
To view more details about an alert listed in the table, click any information in the row to open the Team Alert Details details.
Users Tab
The Users tab allows you to add or remove users from the team, and contains the following information about the users associated with the team:
ID: The ID associated with the user.
Name: The full name of the user.
User Name: The user name associated with the user’s login information.
Allowed Access: Indicates the user’s access level. Choose from the following: None, View, Edit, Admin.

The Users tab supports the following actions: adding a user, removing a user, and accessing more information.
To add a new user to the team profile:
Click ADD USER to open the Add User lightbox on the page.
Enter the required information in the lightbox fields.
To add the user to the team profile, click ADD USER.
To remove an existing user from the table:
Click the three purple dots on the right side of the row of the specific user to open a lightbox.
Remove the user by clicking DELETE in the lightbox.
To view more details about a user listed in the table, click any information in the row to open the Team User Profile page.
Team User Profile
The Team User Profile page contains details about a user associated with one of your teams.
To access the Team User Profile:
Click the PLUS icon next to Users under the Management category in the left navigation bar.
Click Teams in the dropdown menu to open the Teams page.
Locate your team in the Teams table and click any information in the row to open the Team Profile page.
Click the USERS tab at the bottom of the Team Profile page.
Locate the User in the Users Tab table and click any information in the row to open the Team User Profile page.

Team User Profile Details
The User Profile Details section contains editable details about a team user, including the following information:
ID: The user’s ID number.
Created: The date that the user’s account was created.
Login: The user’s login ID.
Team: The ID for the team that the user is associated with.
Allowed Access: Indicates the user’s access level. Choose from: None, View, Edit, Admin.

To edit information in the User Profile Details section:
Click the PENCIL icon in the upper right corner of the page.
Enter the information in the required fields.
Save your edits by clicking the CHECKMARK icon or revert to the previous version and discard your edits by clicking the X icon.
Workflow Details
The Work Flow Details page contains editable information about a specific work flow saved in your Work Flows table, as well as information about actions triggered when the work flow is implemented.
To access the Work Flow page:
Click Users under Management to open a dropdown menu in the left navigation panel.
Click Teams to open the Teams page.
Click any information in a row in the Teams Table to open the Team Profile page.
Click the Work Flows tab on the lower left side of the Team Profile page.
Locate the specific work flow in the Saved Work Flows table, and click any information in the row to open the Work Flow page.

Work Flow Details
The Work Flow Details section contains details about the work flow, including the following information:
ID: The ID number associated with the work flow.
Created: The date that the work flow was created.
Login: The ID number associated with the user that created the work flow.
Division: Any groups of users that can trigger the work flow.

To edit information in the Work Flow Detail section:
Click the PENCIL icon in the upper right corner of the page.
Enter the information in the required fields.
Save your edits by clicking the CHECKMARK icon or revert to the previous version and discard your edits by clicking the X icon.
Work Flow Actions
The Work Flow Actions section contains a table of any actions that are triggered during the work flow, including the following information:
ID: The ID number associated with the work flow action.
Group ID: The ID number associated with the group of users linked with the work flow.
Group Name: The name of the user group.
Action: A description of the action that occurs following the work flow trigger.
Work Flow Actions Table
The following actions are available for this section: adding an action, deleting an action, and accessing more information.
To add a new action:
Click ADD WORK FLOW ACTION in the top right corner of the section to open the Add Work Flow Action lightbox on the page.
Enter the required information into the lightbox fields.
Save the action by clicking ADD.
To remove a previously saved action:
Click the THREE DOTS icon on the right side of the table.
Click DELETE in the lightbox.
To access more information, click any information in the table row to open the Work Flow Action page.
Work Flow Action
The Work Flow Action page contains editable details about a specific action that is triggered during a Work Flow.
To access the Work Flow Action page:
Click Settings in the left navigation panel.
Click Work Flows in the Payment Settings section.
Locate the specific work flow in the Saved Work Flow table, and click any information in the row to open the Work Flow page.
Locate the specific action in the Actions table and click any information to open the Work Flow Action page.

Work Flow Action Details
The Work Flow Action Details section contains a list of details about the action, including the following information:
ID: The Payrix Pro -generated ID number associated with the action.
Created: The date that the action was created.
Login: The Payrix Pro-generated ID number associated with the user that created the work flow.
Work Flow: The Payrix Pro-generated ID number associated with the work flow.
Group: The group of users that the action is applied to when the work flow is triggered.
Action: A description of the type of action.
To edit information in the Work Flow Action Details section:
Click the PENCIL icon in the upper right corner of the page.
Enter the information in the required fields.
Save your edits by clicking the CHECKMARK icon or revert to the previous version and discard your edits by clicking the X icon.
