# Terminal

The Terminal page contains information about a specific terminal associated with a merchant’s payment processing system. You can edit details about the terminal and view a list of recent transactions associated with the terminal on this page.

To access the Terminal page:

1. Select [Merchants](/v1/docs/merchants-partners) in the [Management](/v1/docs/management-partners) category in the left navigation panel.
2. Select a specific merchant in the merchants table to open the [Merchant Profile](/v1/docs/merchant-profile-partners) page.
3. Select the Terminals tab in the Merchant Account Overview section of the Merchant Profile page.
4. Select the specific terminal located in the Terminals table to open the Terminal page.

## Terminal Details

The Terminal Details section contains editable information related to a specific merchant terminal, including the following information:

- **ID:** The Payrix Pro-generated ID for the terminal.
- **Created:** The date that the terminal was added to Payrix Pro.
- **Merchant ID:** The Payrix Pro-generated ID for the merchant associated with the terminal.
- **Merchant Name:** The name of the merchant associated with the terminal.
- **Type:** The type of terminal.
- **Status:** The status of the terminal. Choose Active or Inactive.
- **Auto Close:** Indicates whether the terminal is set to auto-batch close. When Auto-Close is selected, the batch close is automatically engaged at a preset time each day. Choose from the following: Host, Terminal, or None.
- **Name:** The name of the terminal as designated by the merchant or partner.
- **Address:** The street address of the physical location of the terminal.
- **Address 2:** The suite number or other information associated with the street address for the physical location of the terminal.
- **City:** The city associated with the terminal location mailing address.
- **State:** The state associated with the terminal location mailing address.
- **Zip:** The zip code associated with the terminal location mailing address.
- **Country:** The country associated with the terminal location mailing address.
- **Description:** A description of the terminal as designated by the merchant or partner.
- **Serial:** The serial number assigned to the terminal.
- **Cloud Enabled:** Indicates whether the terminal is cloud-enabled. Choose Yes or No.

## Terminal Transactions

The Terminal Transactions section contains a table of recent transactions associated with the specific terminal. The table includes the following information in the default settings:

- **Amount:** The dollar amount of the transaction.
- **Status:** The status of the transaction: Approved, Pending, or Failed.
- **Payment:** Indicates whether the payment was submitted via Swipe, Chip Insert, Tapped (for Chip Contactless Entry), Manual Entry, or by using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay.
- **Created:** The date that the transaction was processed.
- **Bank Net Settlement Date:** Date when net transaction amounts between banks are finalized and settled.

### Terminal Transactions Table Actions

The Terminal Transactions page supports the following actions:

- View additional details about a terminal transaction by clicking on any row in the Terminal Transactions table.
- Access additional details about a specific terminal transaction by clicking any information in the table row to open the [Terminal Transactions](/v1/docs/terminal-transactions-partners) page for that merchant transaction.
