You can process eCheck and ACH payments using the Quick Charge tile on your portal dashboard. This approach is one of multiple payment acceptance options through the platform. This tutorial shows you how to accept ACH payments from a customer using the Quick Charge tile.

Process an ACH Payment with Quick Charge
Complete all steps in the following sections to process an ACH payment using the Quick Charge tile.
Note
You cannot access saved customer account information using the Quick Charge tile for ACH payments. You must instead enter the customer’s banking information in the Payment Information dialog. If you require the use of previously saved customer information during the transaction, use the Create Payments form for ACH processing.
Prerequisites
Before attempting this tutorial, you must:
Meet the general prerequisites described in Get Started with Use Case Tutorials.
Have access to all the information required for submitting an ACH transaction: routing number, account number, and account holder information for the customer that you are charging.
Access the Quick Charge Tile
The Quick Charge tile is located in the upper-left corner of the dashboard. You will automatically be directed to your dashboard when you log in to the platform. You can also access the dashboard from anywhere in the Platform by clicking DASHBOARD in the left navigation panel.
Enter the Quick Charge Information
Enter the charge amount and customer contact information in the Quick Charge tile fields.
Select ECHECK SALE from the Charge Type dropdown menu.
(Optional) To save the customer information for future charges, select Save Customer Information in the lower-left corner of the tile.
Process the Payment
Click PROCESS PAYMENT to advance to open the Payment Information dialog on the page.
Enter the customer’s banking information.
Click PAY AMOUNT USD/CAN to complete the payment.
Result: After submitting the ACH payment, the charge will be processed and you can navigate away from the page. You will receive a payment confirmation email, and the payment will show in the table on the Payment History page.
