# User Setup

Payrix Pro’s User setup capabilities help you organize all users within your portfolio.

- **User Roles** enhance security and safeguard sensitive data with tailored Portal access for individual users.
- **Access Templates** streamline your user role assignment process by allowing you to save a User setup configuration and apply it to new users that you create.
- **Teams** group individual users by merchant Portal accounts they can access and perform actions on.
