In this Document We will explain how to add a fee to a Merchant using the Groups feature in the portal while adding conditional rules.


  • Log into your Dashboard

  • In the Left Hand Panel, Select Groups

  • Create and Name the Group (I.E. Gateway Fees and Incidentals etc)

  • Once you are within the Group Select Fees

  • Select Add Fees

  • Select your Trigger (I.E. What causes the fee to happen, Capture, Auth etc)

  • Click on Advanced Options

  • Scroll to the Conditional Rules Section

  • Add a “ALL” or “Either” Rule

  • Save
