How to Use Payment Options in the Portal
How To - Use this guide to utilize Payment Options available in the Portal. Allowing a Merchant to capture card data to process a payment immediately.
Merchants can submit a payment directly on their dashboard menu in the Portal using Quick Charge or by selecting Create Payment for the expanded payment fields.
Minimum Required Information
Amount, Transaction Type, and Payment Method are the minimum required fields to process a payment directly in the Portal.
Using Quick Charge
From the Dashboard, go to the Quick Charge section in the window.

Enter in the minimum required information, then click Process Payment to either use the existing saved payment method (token) or enter in new payment method (credit/debit card) information.
Using Expanded Payment Fields (Create Payments)
From the Dashboard, click Create Payment from the left navigation bar under Payments.

Enter in the minimum required information, then click Process Payment to either use the existing saved payment method (token) or enter in new payment method (credit/debit card) information.

Entering a New Payment Method
(Quick Charge or Expanded Payment Fields)
After entering in the required information or choosing an existing payment method (token) from the Payment Method dropdown options, click the Process Payment button.
If a new payment method is entered, a popup will appear requesting the following required card data:
Card Number
Expiration Date (MM/YY)
CVV
Name on Card

Using an Existing Payment Method (Token)
(Quick Charge or Expanded Payment Fields)
If a Merchant wants to charge their customer’s saved payment card, click on the Payment Method field and select the desired token from the dropdown menu.

Additional payment fields (Customer Details):
Although the expanded Customer Details fields are not (technically) required to submit a card payment.
Warning
Excluding this information may result in a transaction hold or an issuer decline depending on your portfolio’s AVS and Risk settings.
Using Quick Charge, the Merchant can enter additional cardholder data directly on the Dashboard interface.
Example
You can add the cardholder's address in the Quick Charge available fields to meet AVS requirements.
While using the Expanded Payment Fields (Create Payments) page, the Merchant can click the Customer Details arrow to expand the payment fields to input the additional cardholder data:
