Release Notes - April 26, 2024

New Features

  • The Transaction Details page has been updated to display a “Date Funded” field to identify when the funds from that transaction were deposited into the Merchant’s available balance.

  • The Terminal Transactions page table now displays the last 4 digits and brand of the card used in the payment transaction.

  • The Terminal Transaction Details page now displays an EMV Method field to identify if a card chip was inserted (“dipped”) or contactless (“tapped”) for quick identification of EMV usage.

  • A “Resend Confirmation Email” button has been added to the Users page table as a new column to allow the first-time confirmation and login email to users who have not verified their accounts or logged in to the Portal.

Improvements

  • The Search feature, presented on tables across the Portal, has been updated to refresh the displayed results from the filter of the previous search when the “X” button is clicked.

  • The Dispute Tracker has been updated to display the ‘Pre-Arbitration Lost’ Dispute Stage in red with a unique message about losing the dispute for a clearer understanding of the decision.

  • Tooltip descriptions have been added to the Revenue Share tab on the Referrer Profile page to help better understand the split between Facilitators and Referrers on review.

  • The Dispute tracker document upload panel now displays ‘PDF’ as the only acceptable file format.

Resolved Issues

  • Issue resolved where the “Past Due” date column displayed on the Disputes page table would not appear on the first load of the page.

  • Issue resolved where the “Add Account” button displayed on the Banking tab of each entity’s Profile page, would appear for users even when the role resource was removed from the Team or individual User login.

  • Issue resolved where the endpoints displayed on the Web Alerts page in the Portal would not return the event details to the page when the specified triggers were met.
