Portal (Version 24.75.0)

The following sections summarize the Payrix Portal changes in this release. See the Portal Guide for the latest content.

New Features

  • Partners can now configure settings for VCORE terminal devices on the Terminals page instead of contacting support

Improvements

  • The Reports page now includes intelligent routing, which selects the best data source based on report types and user-defined filters for faster, more accurate reporting.

  • Web Alerts parameters can now be modified in the portal after a web alert is created.

Resolved Issues

  • Issue resolved where the Scheduled Reports creation dialog displayed the incorrect message “Entity field required” after correctly selecting an entity.

  • Issue resolved where partners modifying the For Login value with a Division ID on a web alert received an error “The referenced resource does not exist”.


API (Version 24.0.2)

Improvements

  • Merchants downloading 1099K tax forms now receive a consolidated PDF from both VAP and VCORE when data from one or both processors is available.

Resolved Issues

  • Issue resolved where transactions from Canadian merchants on VCORE failed due to misaligned currency configurations.
