Release Notes - January 30, 2025

Portal (Version 24.74.0)

The following sections summarize the Payrix Portal changes in this release. See the Portal Guide for the latest content.

New Features

  • All Merchants can now access their 1099K forms in the downloads section of reports.

  • Merchants can now add multiple bank accounts of the same type, improving financial management and increasing flexibility in handling transactions.

Improvements

  • The Apple Pay Enabled setting has been removed from the portal, simplifying the implementation process.

  • To improve user experience, the Terminal Transactions page no longer displays total counts. Instead, a Show More Results button is displayed when more than 50 terminal transactions exist.

  • Buttons are now available on the Payout Details page for easier navigation between the next and previous payouts.

  • The Gross Sales Chart smart tile now loads within 30 seconds.

  • The Plaid Identity card is now configured to display the relevant information based on whether a Merchant is in the US or Canada.

  • You can now sort your Merchants by those in the Conditionally Approved status for better visibility in your risk management portfolio.

Resolved Issues

  • Issue resolved where chargeback documents could not be uploaded in the Payrix Sandbox during Pre-Arbitration.

  • Issue resolved where conditional rules defaulted to AND instead of OR.


API (Version 24.0.1)

The following sections summarize the Payrix API changes in this release. See the API documentation for the latest content.

Improvements

  • The Apple Pay parameter has been removed from the API, simplifying the implementation process.

  • The redirectUri parameter in the Plaid link token creation process is now optional.

Resolved Issues

  • Issue resolved where duplicate references were created for terminal transaction references, with the network transaction ID being all zeros.

  • Issue resolved where card-on-file (CoF) transactions in Canada failed as a result of processing incorrectly in USD.
