Sandbox Utilization Guidelines

When using the Payrix Sandbox environment for testing please keep in mind the following limitations:

If there is a need to exceed the limitations defined below then you should consult with your Relationship and Implementation Manager so that a date/time can be defined that will not impact other users or cause an alert in our system.

• No more than 10 concurrent threads (this also applies to Production processing). 

• Data retention limited to a maximum of 240 days.

• Daily limit of 1000 new transactions.

• Daily limit of 100 new merchant created.

Our Sandbox environment should not be used for performance testing without prior Payrix approval as it is a shared environment.
