Understanding Divisions

A Division is a representation of a Referrer’s portfolio contained within a Payrix Pro Partition or the Partition of another Facilitator-level entity. Like Partitions, Divisions can house all Merchant and User data, Host settings, and Workflows within and can be modified on an individual basis without affecting other Divisions or Merchants under a Partition.

Divisions are used by the platform to create structured distinctions between various payment service referral businesses located within a Partition.

Note

Only Facilitators can create new Divisions within a Partition.

• For Referrers becoming a Division of the Payrix Pro Partition, a Division will automatically be created for you during the Implementation process.

• For Referrers becoming a Division of another Facilitator’s Partition, a Division will be created for you during your onboarding process under the Facilitator.
