The Payrix Pro platform offers methods to review individual transaction interchange details and consolidated details to provide transparency into the Costs and Fees associated with debit interchange.
For single transaction interchange information, visit the Transaction Details page for a debit transaction. For a more consolidated view of multiple debit transactions for a specified period, visit the Standard Reports page in the Portal.
View Single Transaction Interchange Details
Access the Payment History page and select the listed transaction.
View the transaction details on the Transaction Details page. The portal displays each debit card network logo alongside the corresponding interchange costs for debit acceptance for quick visibility.

View Reports on Debit Interchange for Multiple Transactions
You can generate multiple reports that identify interchange information for multiple transactions over a given time as well as with reconciliation-based reporting such as Disbursement Summary, Balance Details, and Profit & Loss Statements.

For simplified reporting, we recommend configuring a specific PIN Debit group with each interchange fee for debit card networks in the portal. This enables you to quickly report on and view actual PIN debit transaction information on the Transaction Detail Report by group.

This fee is set by the card networks (such as Visa and Mastercard) and varies based on the type of card used, the transaction amount, the type of merchant, and the risk involved.
For example, rewards on a credit card result in a higher fee. Level 2 and Level 3 transactions result in lower fees.
