FraudSight is a comprehensive fraud prevention solution that protects both card present (CP) and card not present (CNP) transactions. The following sections describe how to view your FraudSight usage and settings.
Monitor FraudSight Usage
To view your account’s FraudSight usage:
Under Admin in the main side bar, select Value Added Services then FraudSight.
(Optional) On the Overview tab, select the date range filter for FraudSight usage data.
Opt Out of FraudSight
To opt out of FraudSight:
Under Admin in the main side bar, select Value Added Services then FraudSight.
Select the Settings tab.
Select the checkbox to acknowledge opting out, and then click Opt-out of FraudSight.
Select your reason for opting out and click Submit.
