The OmniToken page displays a list of all of the tokens associated with your account that were generated using Omnitoken. Omnitoken is a credit card tokenization service that can help protect your customers' data.
For more information about Omnitokens and tokenization, see Omnitoken in the Implementation Guide.

OmniToken Enablement
The OmniToken page contains a table with Omnitoken enablement information for your merchants. The following information is available in the table:
Merchant Name: The name of the merchant.
Enabled: Whether Omnitoken is enabled for the merchant: Yes or No.
Enablement Date: If Omnitoken is enabled for the merchant, the date that Omnitoken was enabled.
The OmniToken table supports sorting by enablement status, changing the enablement status of a merchant and searching for a specific Omnitoken.
View merchants with a specific enablement status by choosing one of the three buttons at the top left in the table: All, Enabled, or Disabled. The table will repopulate to show only merchants of the category selected.
To change the enablement status of a merchant, locate the merchant in the table and click Enable or Disable on the right side of the table row.
Mint Omnitokens
Minting generates new Omnitokens on a merchant’s Chain from transactions for reuse in future transactions, specifically for card-present (CP) and card not present (CNP) transactions. Minting improves traceability and compliance with industry standards to ensure seamless integration into new functions and features.
After Omnitoken is enabled for a merchant, they can mint new Omnitokens from customer payment methods using the following CP and CNP transaction methods:
Card Present: When a customer pays using a triPOS Cloud-enabled terminal, the system automatically mints an Omnitoken during the transaction.
Card Not Present: Process a Sale or $0 Auth transaction through the Payrix Pro portal and enter the card details manually. When you select Save Customer Info, the system begins minting an Omnitoken behind the scenes using the Payrix Pro token record.
Convert Payrix Pro Tokens to Minted Omnitokens
Merchants with existing customers often have tokenized payment methods stored on the Payrix Pro platform. To enable seamless use across both CP and CNP scenarios, these tokens can be converted to Omnitokens.
To convert to Omnitokens, initiate a new CNP transaction using the existing token value as the payment method. This starts minting a new Omnitoken for future use using the original token’s details.
Tip
If you're new and transferring tokens from another processor, follow steps in Migrate Tokens from Another Processor, then use the Omnitoken service to retokenize from Payrix Pro tokens for a streamlined process.
