This guide provides information for Payrix Pro partners about all features of the portal. A partner is an entity on the Payrix Pro platform that receives fees collected from merchants and other entities.
The following sections describe the key components of the portal. These components are available on all pages, enabling you to access features, manage account details, and administer your payments solution.
Main Side Bar
You can navigate the Payrix Pro portal using the side bar that’s located on the left side of the page. Select an item in the main side bar to access features from the following categories:
Toolbar
The toolbar in the upper-right corner of the portal provides access to messages, disputes, and your user profile. The toolbar includes the following options:
Search Box: Enter a term and click the magnifying glass to view your search results.
Messages: Access the Messages page to view any messages for your account.
Notifications: Access the Notifications page to view information on any disputes or ACH returns associated with your account.
Profile: View your profile and edit your account information.
Log Off: Log out of your account.
