The Dashboard is the landing page for the Partner portal. It contains high-level account widgets that provide Partner-level users with an overview of their account and options to perform basic actions.

To access the dashboard, select Dashboard in the left navigation panel.

Customizable Smart Tiles

Smart Tiles allow you to easily review, reorganize, and prioritize visually reported data on the Dynamic Dashboard with a glance. Smart Tiles can be added or removed as needed or can be rearranged if new data becomes more pressing.

To add a new Smart Tile to the Dynamic Dashboard:

  1. Click Add Smart Tile in the upper-right corner of the dashboard.

  2. Select a category of information you’d like to view: Boarding, Risk, or Sales & Revenue.

  3. Select the desired Smart Tile from the chosen category.

  4. (Optional) Click and drag to rearrange your Dynamic Dashboard layout.

Result: Your new Smart Tile has been added to the Dynamic Dashboard.

Smart Tile Descriptions

There are three categories of Smart Tiles. Descriptions for each Smart Tile are available in the corresponding sections below.

Boarding

Below is a list of the available Smart Tiles related to merchant boarding:

  • Merchants Boarded Today: Merchants boarded today compared to yesterday.

  • Boarding Time Trend: Average Merchant boarding time.

  • Activation Rate: Percentage of Merchants that process payments after boarding.

  • New Merchants: A list of recently boarded Merchants.

  • Merchants Boarded Yesterday: Merchants boarded yesterday compared to two days ago.

  • Merchant Apps This Week: Number of current active Merchant applications.

  • Merchants Boarded Last Month: Merchants boarded last month compared to two months ago.

  • Time To First Transaction: Average time to Merchant’s first transaction.

  • Boarded in < 2 Days: The number of Merchants boarded in less than two days of submitting their application.

  • Boarded Same Day: The number of Merchants boarded the same day their application was submitted.

  • Merchants with Pending Docs: List of Merchants with pending document requests.

  • Enrolled Not Processed: List of Merchants that are fully boarded to the platform but have not processed any payments.

Risk

Below is a list of the available Smart Tiles related to merchant and transaction risk:

  • Blocked Transactions: Number of actively blocked transactions.

  • Total Open Disputes: Number of active and open transaction disputes.

  • Held Transactions: Number of actively held transactions.

  • Chargeback Volume: The combined dollar amount of all current chargebacks.

  • Chargeback Rate: Number of chargebacks compared to total transactions.

  • eCheck Return Rate: Number of eCheck returns compared to total transactions.

  • Transactions Flagged More Than 48 Hours: Number of transactions still awaiting review after 48 hours.

  • Reserved Transactions: Number of transactions currently in reserve.

  • Average Risk Processing Time: Average response time to risk alerts in your portfolio.

Sales & Revenue

Below is a list of the available related to merchant sales and account revenue:

  • New Payments: A list of recent payments.

  • Account Balance: Displays current account balance.

  • Gross Sales Chart: Larger graph displays gross sales and other related data.

  • Volume by Type: CP vs CNP: Chart comparing card-present and card-not-present transactions.

  • Current Month Average Ticket: The average transaction ticket value for the current month.

  • Current Month Txn Volume: The total transaction volume for the current month.

Partner Interface Overview

The Payrix Pro portal provides tools for working with data in a clear and direct way. You can edit details, download reports, and expand tables to view additional information. The interface allows you to update, filter, and organize data.

Dialogs

Some buttons in the portal open a dialog where you can add new information or confirm an action. To confirm your changes, click the confirmation button. To discard your changes and close the dialog, click the X.

Edit Icon

You can update information on certain portal pages by clicking the Edit icon, located in the upper right corner of the page or section. To edit information in the portal:

  1. Click the Edit icon.

  2. Edit the information you want to update.

  3. Click the confirmation button to confirm your changes.

CSV and XLS Downloads

You can download information from certain portal reports and pages as a CSV or XLS file. To download a CSV or XLS file, click either .CSV or .XLS in the top right corner of the section.

Refresh Data

Click the Refresh icon to refresh data shown in the portal and view new updates.

Table Actions

Table actions allow you to load more rows, apply filters and batch actions, or remove table rows.

Load Additional Results

Click SHOW MORE RESULTS to view additional table rows in the portal.

Use Preset Filter Options

Some tables have preset filter options provided at the top of the table. Click one of the preset filter options to filter your table to show only the option selected.

Perform Batch Actions

You can perform batch actions on multiple table rows. To perform batch actions:

  1. Select the specific table rows using the Checkboxes in the table column on the right side of the table.

  2. Access the Batch Actions dropdown and select the grey triangle.

  3. Select the batch action you’d like to perform.

  4. Click Confirm to apply the action to all selected table rows.

Remove Table Row

Click the Trash icon in the table row to remove information from the table.
