Products
The Products page contains a list of all products created by you or your boarded Merchants. You can search for an existing product in the table, add a new product, or access more information about a specific product. Products include items or services that you charge frequently or would like to notate in your invoices. New products become visible on this page once new invoices are made, or if your Merchant adds a new product to the portal. You can also add products manually to the page.
To access the Products page, select Products under Forms in the left navigation panel.
Products Table
The Products table contains a list of all products sold through your Merchants, and includes the following information in the default setting:
Name: The name of the product.
Price: The price per unit.
Code: The optional code assigned to the product.
Description: An optional description of the product.
Access Product Details
To access more information about a product listed in the table, select any information in the row of a specific product to open the Product Details page.
Add Product Button
To add a new product to the table:
Click ADD PRODUCT in the top right corner of the page to open the Add Product dialog.
Enter the product details.
Click Add to add the new product.
Product Details
The Product Details page contains editable details about a specific product sold by one of your Merchants.
To access the Product Details page:
Locate the specific product in your Products table.
Select any information in the table row to open the Product Details page.
Product Details Form
The Product Details form contains the following information about a specific product:
ID: The Payrix Pro platform-generated ID number associated with the product.
Login: The Payrix Pro platform-generated ID number associated with the login information for the merchant.
Name: The name of the product.
Price: The price per unit for the product.
Code: The optional code assigned to the product.
Description: An optional description of the product.
Edit Product Details Form
To edit any portion of the Product Details form:
Click the Edit icon in the top right corner of the page.
Edit any information in the form.
Save your edits by clicking the Checkmark icon in the top right corner of the page.
