New Features
Partners can now link directly to the associated Merchant ID from portal search results for Users, enabling quicker reviews.
Partners can now link directly to the associated Owners from portal search results for Merchants, enabling quicker reviews.
Partners can now use a new Conditionally Approved filter. This filter has been added to the Portfolio Management page to enable quick review of Merchants that are conditionally approved to board the platform.
Partners can now enable Pinless Debit Conversion for Merchants and Groups in the Value-Added Services section of the Settings page.
Partners and Merchants can now access automatically-generated PDFs of the acknowledged Terms and Conditions from the Payrix Pro Canada Merchant Signup Form in the Documents menu of the Merchant Profile page.
Merchant Admin users can now view the Embedded Finance Offer Widget for Merchant Working Capital upon login to review current offers.
Improvements
Enhanced the Transaction Details page to hide the Refund button for Pinless Debit-Converted transactions that are not Settled to prevent Merchant errors.
Updated the Mastercard MATCH smart cards on the Merchant Underwriting page to include National ID and Termination Reason Code fields for further visibility into MATCH reviews.
Improved the Embedded Finance Dashboard for Partners by updating labels and field visibility to align with naming conventions, enhancing data clarity, and adding a download option for Excel and CSV formats.
Resolved Issues
Issue resolved where the Platform IDs menu on the Transaction Details page did not display the name of each platform next to the transaction’s assigned platform ID values as expected.
Issue resolved where the Canada Business Number field on the Payrix Pro Canada Merchant Signup Form would accept more than nine numeric characters, causing validation issues.
Issue resolved where users attempting to upload documents to manually validate a bank account update encountered a stuck loading icon that did not timeout, provide an error message, or reload the page.
