Portal (Version 24.91.0)

New Features

  • Partners can now manage enablement of PIN-less debit conversion for Merchants on the Settings page.

  • Partners and Merchants can now generate the new Funding Summary report on the New Reports page for an overview of their funding activities.

Improvements

  • Enhanced the Merchant Signup Form to include an option for sole proprietors in Canada to indicate the absence of a Business Number.

  • Implemented dynamic visibility of Edit buttons on various pages based on a user’s permissions, preventing confusion and errors.

  • Enabled the Date Business Established field on all hosted signup forms to improve the Merchant onboarding process.

  • Enhanced the Payment History page for Partners and Merchants to select custom date ranges to view transactions, improving data accessibility and user experience.

Resolved Issues

  • Issue resolved where using the Saved option for customers did not display any data when creating an invoice.

  • Eligible pinlessDebitConversion transactions are now sent to VCore for processing, enhancing processing efficiency.

  • New service codes for triPOS Canada devices have been added to enhance fee processing capabilities.

Improvements

  • Updated validation for globalBusinessId so that sole proprietors in Canada can sign up without a Business Number.

  • Enhanced Valutec fee schedules for Partners and Merchants to streamline account reconciliation.

  • Enhanced logic for triggering Account Updater fees, ensuring accurate billing for processed payments.

  • Enhanced logic for updating Omnitoken records based on Merchant response files, improving token management.

  • Updated Visa decline response codes for VAP transactions to provide more specific reasons for declines, replacing generic error messages and improving transparency and compliance with new Visa rules for transaction retries.

  • Enhanced PayFields to enable Partners to set convenience fees or service fees with a public API key or transaction session key. To learn more about using this feature, reach out to your assigned Account Manager or Partner Experience Manager.

Resolved Issues

  • Issue resolved where processing tiered external fees resulted in a high rate of errors.

  • Issue resolved where the system incorrectly created unauthorized transactions for failed $0 transactions.

  • Issue resolved where the previously released Integrator Mode for PayFields and PayFrame was reverted to maintain backend system stability.

  • Issue resolved where fee schedules with percentage-based options could not be created for triPOS Canada devices.
