The following sections summarize the Payrix Pro portal changes in this release. For more information, see the Portal Guide.
New Features
Partners can now generate the new Submitted/Not Settled Transaction Summary report on the Reports page for a quick overview of submitted transactions that weren’t settled during the funds capture process.
Partners can now generate the new Billing Details report on the Reports page for a comprehensive view of Merchant billing activity for deeper financial insights.
Partners can now generate the new Billing Summary report on the Reports page to quickly view billing amounts applied to and collected from Merchants, enabling faster financial reconciliation.
Partners can now generate the new Revenue Summary report on the Reports page for a clear overview of income over a selected period to support financial analysis and reconciliation.
Partners and Merchants can now view all agreements signed by a Merchant during onboarding on the Merchant Profile page, including document version, date, and time. Each agreement is linked for review, and previously signed agreements do not require re-signing.
Merchants can now board the platform under merchant category code (MCC) 5723 for Guns, Firearms, and Ammunition Stores, which is now available for Group MCC whitelisting and new Merchant Signup Forms in compliance with various U.S. state regulations.
Partners can now download PDFs for Trulioo Async and Trulioo Business Verification results from the Merchant Underwriting page in the Documents section, enhancing visibility and simplifying manual verification.
Partners can now enable the Account Updater Value-Added Service to automatically update card-on-file information for major card brands and Omnitokens. This ensures uninterrupted service for cardholders and helps merchants avoid billing disruptions.
Improvements
Enhanced the Merchant Signup Form for Canada to add Authorized Representative and Signer Information sections to allow up to three authorized representatives. Additionally, a director verification checkbox has been added.
Improved the Merchant Signup Form for Canada by separating Terms and Conditions from the Canada Code of Conduct fee disclosure for easier updates and compliance. With up to seven consent form uploads, additional consent forms for third-party checks now require explicit confirmation to ensure clear consent.
Improved the Merchant Signup Form for Canada Business Registration Number (BRN) handling by enforcing a nine-digit numeric limit for BRNs to ensure compliance and exempting Sole Proprietors from BRN requirements.
Updated the Merchant Signup Form to include the Date Business Established field by default on all Merchant Signup Forms, with the option to disable it on specific forms. This update supports more complete data collection to meet risk requirements during onboarding.
Enhanced Group Workflows to be disabled instead of deleted, to be re-enabled as needed. New warnings and pop-ups have also been added to clarify the impact of changes at the workflow level.
Enhanced the Payrix Pro Canada portal to allow Partners to view and configure fee schedules for triPOS Canada devices within the Add Fee dialog Schedule dropdown to ensure only authorized users can access and manage this information.
Resolved Issues
Issue resolved where various parameters enabled for a Group would not display on the Parameters menu of the Group Profile page.
Issue resolved where returned eCheck refunds showed a positive transaction amount in the Disputes tab of the Merchant Profile page, inconsistent with other Portal formats for negative transaction amounts.
Issue resolved where Plaid integrations would not return an error for a missing valid Plaid account. The system now notifies users if a valid Plaid account is not provided during the refresh process, enhancing error visibility and integration reliability.
Issue resolved where the Payment History page failed to load for partners with fewer than 50 transactions. The page now uses calendar-based filtering instead of infinite scroll, allowing partners to select specific date ranges for viewing transactions.
Issue resolved where Merchants manually entering bank details on the Merchant Signup Form encountered a “Bank Account is Required” error. Disabling Plaid in the Banking Info configuration for Merchant Signup Forms now allows successful form submission without errors.
Issue resolved where the Auto Boarded status was incorrectly displayed on the Merchant Profile and Merchant Underwriting pages.
Issue resolved where adding invalid characters to the signup form URL redirected users to the login page instead of the signup form.
