The Portfolio Management page contains a downloadable list of all merchants under the Partner, including active, enrolled merchants as well as those merchants currently pending boarding.
To access the Portfolio Management page:
Access Merchants in the Management category in the left navigation panel.
Click the Plus icon next to Merchants to open a dropdown menu.
Click Portfolio Management to open the Portfolio Management page.
Use Cases
Your Portfolio Management page supports the following use cases:
Boarding Status: Filter merchants by their current status, boarding to your platform.
Search: Complete basic or advanced searches of your merchants using any collected merchant data.
Merchant Info: View all transaction data, risk compliance, business, and account information for any merchant.
Risk Use Cases
Your Portfolio Management page supports the following risk use cases:
Account Overview: View all business and account information for a merchant, including OFAC compliance, Customs watchlist, compliance, and Business Authentication confirmation.
Setup Details: View all setup parameters of your merchants, such as Transaction Limits, Payouts, and merchant fees.
Portfolio Management Table
Locate merchants and other entities in the main table on the Portfolio Management page. Individual entities are listed by row. The default view includes the following columns:
Entity ID: The Payrix Pro platform-generated ID associated with the entity.
Legal Business Name: The legal business name associated with the entity.
Date Created: The date that the entity was added to the system.
Entity Status: The status of the entity; Active or Inactive.
Division Name: The portfolio name that includes all merchants associated with a Partner-level account.
Merchant ID: The Payrix Pro platform-generated ID associated with the merchant.
DBA: The Doing Business As name associated with the entity.
Last Transaction Date: The date and time of the last transaction associated with the entity.
Available Balance: The dollar amount balance available to the entity.
Filter your Portfolio by Merchant Boarding Status
Select a merchant boarding status filter buttons to filter your merchants by:
Ready: Merchant is ready to begin boarding.
Boarded: Merchant has successfully boarded to the platform and may begin processing payments.
Manual Review: Merchant submission requires and additional manual review of information and documentation.
Denied/Closed: The Merchant’s submission was closed for one of the reason categories shown below:
Rejected: The Merchant account was rejected for payment solution servicing after review.
Fraud: Merchant or submission was determined to be fraudulent.
No Response: No communication from the Merchant in the expected timeframe for verification/validation requests (in other words, a documentation request).
Withdrawn: Merchant submission was withdrawn by the Merchant.
Show inactive: Toggle displaying Merchants no longer active/boarded on your payments platform.
Portfolio Management Table Actions
The Portfolio Management table supports the following actions:
Access any Merchant Profile by clicking any information in a row on the Portfolio Management Table.
Click the Show Inactive checkbox to show inactive merchants in the table. You can also use the Portfolio Management table customizations to view inactive merchants.
