Collecting Unpaid Statements after a Billing Cycle

There are occasional cases, some during initial Merchant statement billing setup, where a statement bill needs to be collected manually outside of your normal withdrawal schedule.

The steps below outline how Facilitators and Referrers can initiate a one-time withdrawal, directly connected to a previously configured statement billing setup, to manually withdraw the statement bill.

Create a One-Time Withdrawal to Collect Unpaid Statement Billing

Step 1: In the Groups page and select the Group that contains the unpaid billing schedule.

Step 2: Copy the Billing ID from the desired billing schedule.

Step 3: Navigate to Withdrawals and click (plus) Schedule Withdrawal button.

Step 4: Set the required parameter values below, along with optional information, when creating the Withdrawal Schedule:

  • Ensure withdrawal schedule is set to one-time, if there are multiple statement billings then this process will need to be performed multiple times.

  • If there is only one unpaid statement then the created one-time withdrawal leveraging the Billing ID will initiate the billing of the unpaid statement on the next processing cycle.

Step 5: Click ADVANCED OPTIONS, and click Billing Schedule.

Step 6: Paste the copied Billing ID from earlier, or select it from the drop down.
