Resetting your Portal Password

In the event of a forgotten password, resetting your Portal password is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to regain access to your account:

  • Step 1: Navigate to and click on the "Forgot Password?" link.

  • Step 2: Enter the email address associated with your account, and click "Send Code" button.

  • Step 3: Either click the link provided in the password reset email you received from the Payrix Portal, or Enter the CODE and USERNAME from the password reset email you received into the password reset form:

  • Step 4: Enter a new password and click the Change Password button to complete the process.

You’ve now successfully reset your Portal user account password. Your access to the Portal is restored, allowing you to login with your updated credentials.

Warning: As a password complexity requirement, you may not reuse any of your 5 previously used passwords.
