Resetting your Portal Password

In the event of a forgotten password, resetting your Portal password is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to regain access to your account:

  1. Navigate to https://portal.payrix.com and click the Forgot Password? link.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your account, and click Send Code.

  3. Complete one of the following using the password reset email you received:

    • Click the link provided in the password reset email.

    • Enter the code and username from the password reset email into the password reset form.

  4. Enter a new password and click Change Password to complete the process.

You’ve successfully reset your Portal user account password. Your access to the Portal is restored, allowing you to log in with your updated credentials.

Note

As a password complexity requirement, you cannot reuse any of your five previously used passwords.
