You can reset your login password for the portal in scenarios where you forget it. This tutorial shows you how to reset your password and re-enable your portal access.

Reset your Portal Password
Complete all steps in the following sections to reset your user’s portal account password.
Important!
If you also lose your device used for your multifactor authentication (MFA) login, you’ll also be required to reset your user’s enrollment with MFA.
Prerequisites
Before attempting this tutorial, you must:
Meet the general prerequisites described in Get Started with Use Case Tutorials.
Have successfully logged in after completing the first-time login verification process.
Send Forgot Password Reset Email
Navigate to https://test-portal.payrix.com or https://portal.payrix.com and click Forgot Password?
Enter the email address associated with your account, and click Send Code.
Enter Reset Code and Change Password
Either click the link provided in the password reset email you received from the Payrix Pro Portal or enter the CODE and USERNAME from the password reset email you received into the password reset form.
Enter a new password and click Change Password to complete the process.
Note
You cannot use any of the past five previously used passwords.
Result: You’ve successfully reset your portal user account password. Your access to the portal is restored, allowing you to log in with your updated credentials.
