SaferPayments now allows Referrer level users to quickly list all Merchants to configure individual settings for each Merchant.
SaferPayments now has a new sub-menu within the Settings page that allows Facilitators to view all Referrers and Merchants within their portfolio and enable/disable the feature directly from the sub-menu.

Merchant Profile page Banking sub-menu now includes an “Account Approved” column to display the status of a bank account attempting to be added.

The Document Request page now features a “Successfully Copied” popup to alert users that the form link has been successfully copied to the user’s clipboard.
Facilitator level Risk users now have the abilities to hold Merchant refund transactions if a Merchant’s account balance.
The Risk Management page Projected Exposure Smart Card has been updated to display a more granular risk rating including geography, structure, and more.
Request More Info page for Referrers has been updated to include whitelabeled document requests to be sent instead of Payrix branding.
Risk Management page Risk Alert statuses have been updated to include “True Hit” and change “Accepted” to “False Positive” to better represent its meaning.
Risk Alerts now also contain a search and sort logic to allows users to more quickly navigate to their desired Risk Alert information.

Issue resolved where Terms and Conditions PDFs viewed by Merchants would be in an machine-readable format only.
Issue resolved where GIACT bank account verification policy information would not load and display an error due to “missing bank account information”.
Issue resolved where attempting to pre-populate the signup form with MCC value would not correctly popular, but instead default to the first MCC option available.
