The following sections summarize the Payrix Portal changes in this release. See the Portal Guide for the latest content.

All Merchants will now see Plaid as a default option for bank connections during signup and in the portal.

The search functionality on the portal now indexes transaction metadata to enhance responsiveness.
Merchants can now see tip amounts in Transaction Details for card-present transactions.

Issue resolved where the Related Merchants tab on the Merchant Profile page did not properly display balances for associated Merchants.
Issue resolved where various widgets on the the Referrer Dashboard would not display data as expected.

The new /hostThemes endpoint retrieves the active theme color associated with a specific host.
The /txns endpoint now includes softPosId and softPosDeviceTypeIndicator parameters to capture identifiers for Tap-to-Pay transaction types.

The Status field has been removed from the conditional Merchant approval email to set better expectations with Merchants about their boarding process and status.
PayFields will now immediately display error messages when invalid expiration dates are entered.
PayFrame has been updated with Web Accessibility Initiative - Accessible Rich Internet Applications (WAI-ARIA) grouping control functionality to meet the latest Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) requirements for transactions, ensuring compliance with World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) standards and guidelines for accessible forms.
Convenience fee amount information is now included as part of standard Merchant transaction settlement batch process for future reporting.

Issue resolved where pending entries would not be created for recalled and reopened chargebacks.
Issue resolved where Delayed Transaction Funding email alerts would be sent repeatedly, even after the transactions had been disbursed.
Issue resolved where eCheck transactions created with tokenized information, or bank account credential on file, resulted in unexpected first transaction reference errors.
Issue resolved where the expiration date field for PayFields or PayFrame would accept letters, special characters, or more than four characters.
Issue resolved where risk flags would unexpectedly and incorrectly be applied to inactive seasonal Merchants.
