Portal (Version 24.43.0)


  • The Disputes Tracker has been updated to reflect “Dispute Created” instead of “Retrieval Created” for a clearer interpretation of the dispute’s status.

  • The Dispute Tracker has been updated to display a message when a Pre-Arbitration is lost that “Your Pre-Arbitration/Arbitration Representment was insufficient to win the dispute.” to provide a clear status to the Merchant.

Resolved Issues

  • Issue resolved where user Access Templates would not save user edits made after confirming and closing edit mode on the User Profile page.

  • Issue resolved where the user Access Template selection drop-down on the user creation form would not present the selectable options as expected.

  • Issue resolved where attempting to process eCheck sale transactions from a saved method would also display that customer’s saved credit cards after adding an eCheck method for tokenization for the first time.
