Portal (Version 24.61.0)

New Features

  • Enhanced payment field to accept specific values and present required fields for integrators.

  • Added a checkbox for fee disclosures on the Canadian sign-up form to ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Introduced Advanced Notifications for Payrix Canada to provide merchants notice of upcoming interchange cost changes in the Portal in compliance with Canadian regulatory standards.

Improvements

  • Improved the Merchant sign-up form branding to ensure accessibility standards are met.

  • Enhanced merchant sign-up form to allow ownership percentage inputs below 25% for multi-member.

  • Added the ability to clone merchant sign-up forms to streamline the setup process for Facilitators.

  • Updated the dispute documentation submission guidelines displayed in the Portal Disputes tracker to reduce rejections during evidence uploads.

  • A Hide Refund button has been added to the User Profile, enabling parent users to toggle whether or not specific users have the ability to issue refunds.

  • The fee schedule title for “Omnitoken” has been updated to “Omnitoken Volume” for better reporting clarity.

  • Referrers can now customize signup confirmation messages for Merchants regarding conditional approval. This helps clarify expectations about the underwriting process, emphasizing that approval occurs only after successful completion and authorization through underwriting.

Resolved Issues

  • Issue resolved where Google Pay transactions would return errors when attempting to integrate with an invoice.

  • The blocked transaction queue now loads properly on the Risk Management page.

  • Issue resolved where a pciNonValidation error would display in the portal when attempting to enable SaferPayments for a Merchant.

  • Branding colors set for a Merchant Signup form will now save and display as expected.
