The portal automatically compiles data and statistics from your account, including sales, disputes, merchants, and transactions. You can access this information through reports that help you organize key data and visualize your business performance.

Note

Reporting functionality is limited in the sandbox environment because it is not a production environment with validated data and connectivity.

Access Reporting Functionality

You access reports in the Admin section in the left pane of the portal. Select Reports in this section to display pages where you can:

  • Create and Manage Financial Reports: Display a dropdown menu with financial reports available to generate from the platform. You can select a report, apply filters on data, and generate information as a downloadable CSV file.

  • Create and Manage Standard Reports: Display a dropdown menu with all standard reports available to generate from the platform. You can select a report type, customize its output, and opt to generate this information as a downloadable CSV file. You also use this page to schedule reports.

  • Manage Partner Report History: Access a list of recently generated financial reports or Quick Reports.
