The Payrix Pro platform provides financial reports that help you track payments, monitor fees and revenue, and perform reconciliation to determine your profit and loss. Each report falls under one of the following categories:
Submitted transactions: Reports in this category include details about transactions submitted by merchants.
Billing and revenue: Reports in this category provide information on revenue and the fees charged to you or your merchants.
Funding: Reports in this category provide insights into funding activity for your account and your merchants’ accounts.
Chargebacks: Reports in this category track chargebacks initiated by cardholders.
The following sections describe the reports available for download and the process to generate them. Each report has a configurable reporting period and is available as a CSV file.
Note
Reporting functionality is limited in the sandbox environment because it is not a production environment with validated data and connectivity.

Reporting Data
The Payrix Pro platform automatically assigns unique identifiers to key data. Several financial reports include the following identifiers:
Merchant IDs for identifying each merchant in your portfolio (for example, p1_mer_123abc4d567890efg1h2i34).
Transaction IDs for referencing specific transactions (for example, p1_txn_123abc4d567890efg1h2i34).
Chargeback IDs for tracking disputes and chargebacks (for example, p1_chb_123abc4d567890efg1h2i34).
These system-generated IDs help you track and reconcile merchant activity, transactions, and chargebacks across multiple reports.
For details about specific data fields in a report, refer to each report documentation linked in the previous section.
