Bank Disclosure (F)

The Bank Disclosure page contains editable details about a specific disclosure listed in your Bank Disclosures page. On this page you can also view the full disclosure using the Preview Button.

Navigate to the Bank Disclosure page by following the steps below:

Step 1: Click on Settings in the left hand navigation panel.
Step 2: Click Bank Disclosures in the Payment Settings section.
Step 3: Locate the specific bank disclosure in the table, and click any information in the row to open the Bank Disclosure page.

Bank Disclosure Features

Click here to view the features of the Bank Disclosure page.

Bank Disclosure Details

The Bank Disclosure Details section contains editable details about a disclosure, including the following information:

Bank Disclosure Field Name	Description
ID	The Payrix-generated ID number associated with the bank disclosure.
Created	The date that the disclosure was created.

Payment Facilitator Contact Information

The Payment Facilitator Contact Information section contains editable details about the payment facilitator, including the following information:

Payment Facilitator Contact Information Field Name	Description
Facilitator Name	The name of the payment facilitator.
Facilitator Address	The facilitator's mailing address.
Facilitator Phone	The facilitator's phone number.

Member Bank Information

The Member Bank Information section contains editable details about the bank that issued the disclosure, including the following information:

Bank Disclosure Field Name	Description
Bank Name	The name of the bank that issued the disclosure.
Bank Address	The bank’s mailing address.
Bank Phone Number	The bank’s phone number.

To edit information in the page, click the PENCIL icon in the top right hand corner of the page. Edit any information, then click the CHECKMARK icon to save your edits, or discard your changes by clicking the X icon.

Preview Button

To view a copy of the bank disclosure, click the PREVIEW button at the bottom of the page. The disclosure agreement will open in a new tab in your browser.
