Management (R)

The Management section in the left-hand navigation panel lists pages that display information about merchants and other users associated with your account. Click on any link in the Management section to access its contents.

Overview

The pages in the Management section allow you to view and manage merchants and other users associated with your account. Click any link in the Management section to navigate to a specific Management page. The Management pages contain the following information:

• Details of all of the merchants that you have boarded to the system.

• A merchant boarding application process for adding new merchants to your account, as well as a list of pending merchants, allows you to track those that were recently boarded.

• Details of other users associated with your account, and their access levels.

• Group and team information, for applying fees and custom terms across multiple merchants.
