Products
The Products page contains a list of all of your products. You can search for an existing product in the table, add a new product, or access more information about a specific product. Products include items or services that you charge frequently or would like to notate in your invoices. New products become visible on this page once new invoices are made or if you add a new product to the portal. You can also add products manually to the page.
To access the Products page, click Products under Forms in the left navigation panel.
Products Table
The Products table contains a list of all products, and includes the following information in the default setting:
Name: The name of the product.
Price: The price per unit.
Code: The optional code assigned to the product.
Description: An optional description of the product.
Products Table Action
The Products table supports adding a product, removing a product, and accessing more information.
To add a new product to the table:
Click the ADD PRODUCT button located in the top right corner of the page to open the Add Product dialog.
Enter the product information.
Click ADD to add the new product.
To remove a product from the table,
Click the Trash icon on the right side of the table to open the Delete dialog.
Click CONFIRM to delete the product.
To access more information about a product listed in the table, click any information in the row of a specific product to open the Product Details page.
Product Details
The Product Details page contains editable details about a product listed on your Products page.
To access the Product Details page:
Locate the specific product in your Products table.
Click any information for that product to open the Product Details page.
Product Details Form
The Product Details form contains the following information about a specific product:
ID: The ID number associated with the product.
Login: The ID number associated with the login information for the merchant.
Name: The name of the product.
Price: The price per unit for the product.
Code: The optional code assigned to the product.
Description: An optional description of the product.
