If you forget the password for your portal account, you can reset it to regain access to your account. Follow these steps to reset your password:
Navigate to https://test-portal.payrix.com or https://portal.payrix.com and click Forgot Password?
Enter the email address associated with your account, and click Send code.
Complete one of the following using the password reset email you received:
Click the link provided in the password reset email.
Enter the code and username from the password reset email into the password reset form.
Enter a new password and click Change password to complete the process.
Notes
As a password complexity requirement, you cannot reuse any of your five previously used passwords.
If you also lose the device used for your multifactor authentication (MFA) login, you’ll need to reset your MFA enrollment.
