You can access the Financial Reports page to download financial reports. These reports provide data related to your transactions, billing, revenue, funding, and chargebacks.

The following sections describe the reports available for download and the process to generate them. Each report has a configurable reporting period and is available as a CSV file.

Available Reports

The following table describes the available financial reports in the order that they’re listed for selection:

Note

Reports do not reflect data in real time. If you’re generating reports on a daily basis, we recommend setting the reporting period to the previous day.

Schedule a Financial Report

If you generate financial reports on a regular basis, you can schedule them for automatic generation instead of manually generating each report. Scheduled reports can run daily, weekly, or monthly.

Each recipient that you specify for the scheduled report receives an email notification when a new report is ready for download as a CSV file. If the file size is 10 MB or less, the report is attached to the email. If the file size exceeds 10 MB, the email notifies the recipient that the report is available for download on the Report History page.

To schedule a financial report:

  1. Under Admin in the left navigation panel, select Reports then Financial Reports.

  2. Select the Schedule Report tab.

  3. Click Schedule Report.

  4. Select the report that you want to schedule.

  5. Select the reporting frequency from the Schedule dropdown menu:

    • Daily: Generates a report every day containing data from the previous day.

    • Weekly: Generates a report once a week containing data from the previous calendar week.

    • Monthly: Generates a report once a month containing data from the previous calendar month.

  6. Select the start date and time (based on Eastern Time) for the reporting schedule, then click Save.

  7. Enter the email addresses that should receive the scheduled reports. Enter a comma or press Enter to separate each email address.

  8. If you have multiple merchant IDs associated with your account, select the merchants whose data you want to include in the report.

  9. Click Confirm to schedule the report.

  10. Click Confirm in the schedule confirmation dialog.

The page displays the details of your scheduled report. You can click the More Options icon to edit or delete the schedule at any time.
